The future tense for imperfective verbs is the easiest tense in the Russian language. It is constructed with help of the verb БЫТЬ – TO BE in the future tense. The verb itself we will consider later, but the future tense – now. There is no difference between the 1st and 2nd conjugations in this tense because we need only infinitive form.
Pronoun + WILL BE + Infinitive
ЗНАТЬ – to know
| Я БУДУ ЗНАТЬ | I will know |
| ТЫ БУДЕШЬ ЗНАТЬ | You will know |
| ОН БУДЕТ ЗНАТЬ | He will know |
| ОНА БУДЕТ ЗНАТЬ | She will know |
| МЫ БУДЕМ ЗНАТЬ | We will know |
| ВЫ БУДЕТЕ ЗНАТЬ | You will know |
| ОНИ БУДУТ ЗНАТЬ | They will know |
And it is the same for all verbs.
EXAMPLES
Я буду знать когда ты будешь звонить – I will know when you call
Мы не будем забывать брать телефон – We will not forget to take phone
Завтра он будет работать долго – Tomorrow he will work for long time
После завтра мы будем слушать концерт – The day after tomorrow we will listen to a concert
Кто будет ждать? – Who will wait?
Самолёт будет лететь – The airplane will fly
Влад и антон будут слушать – Vlad and Anton will listen
